Shipping policy

ORDER & SHIPPING POLICY

At un:fltrd, we want you to have the best possible shopping experience with us. This Order & Shipping Policy sets out the terms under which cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled for purchases made on www.unfltrd.in (the “Site”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Time 

Standard Shipping takes 3–7 business days. 

Express shipping takes 2-4 business days.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Delivery Attempts & Unavailability

  • Our courier partners generally make three delivery attempts. If you are unavailable, you will receive a WhatsApp or SMS message to reschedule delivery.

  • After three failed attempts, your order will be returned to our warehouse. 

  • If your order is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery notification. Beyond this window, we cannot raise disputes with our shipping partners.

Cancellation

Cancellation of Sale orders

All orders placed during a sale or promotion are final and cannot be cancelled. Please ensure that you carefully review your order and delivery address before completing your purchase, as modifications cannot be accommodated once the order is placed. Due to high order volumes during sales, shipping may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and assure you that we do our best to dispatch all orders at the earliest.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • You may request cancellation only if your order has not yet been dispatched.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer care team immediately at hereforyou@unfltrd.in or +91 9930370777.

  • If the cancellation is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method (for prepaid orders) within 7-14 business days.

Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

  • For prepaid orders, cancellation is not possible after dispatch, and no refunds will be issued.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you may refuse the package at the time of delivery. However, we encourage responsible shopping and request that customers avoid unnecessary refusals.

Repeated Cancellations

Frequent cancellations or COD refusals may result in restrictions on COD orders for that customer. un:fltrd reserves the right to block accounts that misuse cancellation policies.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • You must share a clear unboxing video and photos of the package and product. This is mandatory for us to raise claims with the courier partner.

  • The defect/damage must be visible in the photos. Complaints without evidence or raised after 24 hours cannot be entertained.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are offered only in the following cases:

  • You have received a damaged product.

  • You have received a defective product.

  • You have received an incorrect product.

  • Any refunds will exclude shipping charges.

Refunds will not be processed if:

  • The product has been opened, used, or tampered with.

  • The product does not suit your skin (makeup and skincare results are subjective).

  • The complaint is raised after 24 hours of delivery.

Open Packages

Please do not accept delivery of any package that is open or where the seal is broken. If such a package is accepted, we cannot take responsibility for missing, damaged, or incorrect products.

Product Usage & Storage

  • Any product issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please open your package immediately upon delivery to check the product condition.

  • Products should be used within 6–8 months of purchase. Claims raised beyond this period will not be accepted, as we cannot guarantee storage conditions after delivery.
